Sex offender located outside U.S., arrested

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A man wanted on child pornography charges is behind bars tonight after a lengthy search led by police.

Dennis Foster, 66, was arrested in December on ten counts related to child pornography, then released on bond and he disappeared.

Officials caught him in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and he is now in the United States in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
