Denker's favorite touchdown

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Arizona Wildcats quarterback B.J. Denker has just 75 yards less running yards this season than All-American running back Ka'deem Carey.

The UA senior has run for 224 yards and five touchdowns this season, averaging almost six yards a gain every time he keeps the football in Rich Rodriguez's zone read option offense.

Of those five touchdowns, one in each of the Wildcats three non-conference wins has come from 30-yards or more from the end zone.

* NAU:          30-yard TD run
* UNLV:        35-yard TD run
* UTSA:        35-yard TD run

The run against the Lumberjacks stands out because Denker got hit as he was crossing the goal line and went spinning into the end zone.

The touchdown in the UTSA game ended with Denker laying on the back of wide receiver Garic Wharton as he slid into the end zone.

Our David Kelly asked Denker which of those TD runs was his favorite.
