Family displaced after apartment fire

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A family of four is without a home tonight after an apartment fire on the northwest side.

The fire was reported just after 4 p.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of West Orange Grove Road, according to Northwest Fire District Capt. Adam Goldberg.

A neighbor called 911 after seeing smoke coming from an apartment unit. No one was home at the time except the family's two cats, who died due to smoke inhalation.

Investigators are not yet sure what caused the fire.
