TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A Tucson man facing child pornography charges will make an appearance in court today.

Mark Grimes is in the Pima County Jail this morning after U.S. Marshals arrested him at an east-side apartment complex on Thursday.  The 46-year-old is suspected of sharing child pornography via email.

Police tried locating Grimes at his home in September, but he was not found.  Authorities found evidence that led to a felony arrest warrant being issued for Grimes, for ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Grimes agreed to turn himself in, but never did, according to the Tucson Police Department.  He now faces those ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and was scheduled to appear in video court at 9 a.m.

Tucson News Now will have the latest on this situation both on air and online.
