Local bicyclist rides in all 50 states

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

One goal on a bucket list maybe to visit all 50 U.S. states. A local resident to that task to the next level. She rode her bike in each one of the 50 states.

Martha Retallick remembers her childhood well. She remembers not being the most athletic and even calling herself a klutz.

Over a 12 year period she became a real athlete. From 1980 to 1992, she rode her bike over 15,000 miles. Putting her two wheels to the pavement in each state in the U.S.

Retallick said one of her favorites states to ride in was New Mexico. Her least favorite were Massachusetts and Louisiana.
