    Last week Border Patrol agents seized more than $1 million in marijuana, as suspects attempted to smuggle it across the border into the U.S. In a recent release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection, agents with the Ajo Station, stopped three suspected smuggling attempts on Sept. 11.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Happening today three suspects in the double murder of a Tucson elderly couple are expected to be in court.

Tucson News Now will have a camera in the courtroom. 

The lawyers will meet in front of a judge at Superior Court downtown; where prosecutors may possibly seek the death penalty.

Erskin and Mary Louise Fulgham were found dead inside their midtown home back in July.  The Fulgham's grandson, Kyle Drattlo, Christopher Terry and Brianna Harding are charged with murdering the elderly couple. 

Today attorney's will be discussing the charges and going over items like medical records.  Prosecutors may also seek the death penalty in this case.
