Victim tracks down suspect through stolen Xbox

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

An Xbox stolen during a home burglary in Davidson County helped track down the suspect.

The victim was still able to log into his account and was able to help find the suspect, who had started using the Xbox.

Police say the victim learned the suspect's name, Israel Amaya, by chatting with the suspect's friends in an online chat room.

Police found the suspect on Facebook and saw that he'd posted the stolen items for sale on his page.

Amaya was arrested Wednesday night during a traffic stop. Police said they also found he was carrying a loaded gun without a permit.
