Chandler Police say three children have been seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident Saturday morning.

Sgt. Joe Favazzo says fire crews responded to a rollover crash near Ray Road and Arrowhead around 11 a.m.

Three children were seriously injured in the crash when the SUV rolled over, and at least one of them is reportedly in critical condition.

Police say a Ford F250 4x4 fled the scene; officers found the vehicle about half a mile away from the crash.

An injured woman and a second person were found inside, and the woman was taken to a nearby hospital.

Detectives are looking into what caused the crash.
