Tucson teen rescued from chimney

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A Tucson teen was rescued from a chimney in the Catalina Foothills today.

According to the Rural/Metro Fire Department, the 15-year-old boy was stuck in a chimney in the 3700 block of North Calle Perdiz, near North Swan and East River roads.

The boy was rescued and was not injured, according to Capt. Grant Cesarek of Rural/Metro.

It is not yet known why the boy was in the chimney or how long he was stuck.
