    Crews are still working to clear the tracks after an overnight derailment in Pinal County. There were no injuries reported and nothing hazardous was on the train cars. Authorities say the track could be cleared up of cars by noon.

    The Towns of Oro Valley and Marana, as well as Golder Ranch Fire District are offering free sandbags to residents who need to protect their homes. According Oro Valley and Marana officials, a limited number of sandbags are available to residents of both towns; residents within the Golder Ranch Fire District service area are also eligible.

TUCSON, Ariz. – University of Arizona junior running back Ka'Deem Carey is one of 10 semifinalists for the Doak Walker Award, it was announced on Thursday. Given annually to the nation's best running back, Carey led all FBS players in rushing in 2012 and currently ranks second nationally in rushing yards per game.

 The Tucson native is now a Maxwell, Walter Camp and Doak Walker Award Semifinalist and a Heisman Trophy and All-America candidate. In 2013, he's rushed for 1,221 total yards (No. 6 FBS) on 216 carries (No. 5 FBS) with 11 scores. He averages 152.6 yards per game (No. 2 FBS) and 5.7 yards per carry.

 Carey opened 2013 with five-straight games with 125-plus rushing yards (one of only two FBS players to do so in last 10 seasons). He also has 125-plus all-purpose yards in 12-straight games played with a pass reception in 21 of the last 23 games played and a touchdown scored in 20 of last 23 games played

He has rushed for 100-plus yards in 12-straight games (longest streak in FBS) and in 16 of last 17 games played (also 18 of last 21). Carey leads all active Pac-12 players and ranks No. 3 in FBS for career 100-yard games (18).

A 2012 consensus All-American and First-Team All-Pac-12 honoree, Carey led the nation in rushing in 2012 with 148.4 yards per game. He owns the Pac-12 single-game rushing record (366 yards) and Arizona's single-season rushing record (1,929 yards in 2012) with 16 single-game or season school records.

Three finalists for the Doak Walker Award will be announced on Mon., Nov. 25. The winner of the award will be announced at the ESPN Home Depot College Football Awards show on Thurs., Dec. 12.

The Wildcats return to action Sat., Nov. 16, against Washington State at 12 p.m. at Arizona Stadium. The game will air on Pac-12 Networks. The game will also air on Arizona IMG Sports Network, KCUB 1290 AM in Tucson and Fox Sports 910 AM in Phoenix.
