Vacant home damaged by fire in Henrico County

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

Right now, crews are investigating what caused a fire at a vacant home in Glen Allen.

Officials say when they arrived around 12:18 p.m. Sunday they saw heavy flames from the rear of the structure in the 9500 block of Hungary Road, that's near Springfield Road.

Firefighters had to battle this blaze from the outside and the inside. The fire was marked under control around 1:03 p.m. Sunday. There were no injuries related to the fire and no one was inside the home.
