TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police have released the 911 call transcript and case report regarding the Nov. 26 arrest of a couple charged with the alleged kidnapping and abuse of their three girls.

34-year-old Fernando Richter and 32-year-old Sophia Richter each face three charges of kidnapping, child abuse/emotional abuse, and child abuse/physical abuse. Fernando Richter was also charged with one count of sexual abuse with a person under 15 years of age, according to police.

According to the transcript, one of the girls told the 911 operator, "We were just standing there and you see, my mom's husband was trying to open the door, but he broke it in half. And me and my sister got out the window."

At one point the operator asked about the girls' biological father. One of the girls responded, "We used to visit our dad but something happened and we were no longer allowed to visit him. I haven't talked to my dad for three years."
