Holiday Focaccia Round
Chef Matt Boling/ Beyond Bread
Slice the focaccia horizontally
Spread the cranberry sauce on both sides generously
Starting from the bottom lay out the turkey slices evenly
Then the mixed greens.
Over the lettuce, sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola and toasted almonds.
Place the top piece of focaccia on top, lining it up evenly with bottom slice of bread.
2 cups cranberry sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 TBL crystallized ginger (minced)
zest of 1 orange
