A big congratulations goes out to Marana's own Sherry Cervi.
She was crowned the barrel racing world champion at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas this past weekend.
Cervi won three top awards this past weekend – she was crowned the Women's Professional Rodeo Association barrel racing world champion, the NFR average champion, and the Ram Truck ‘Top Gun' award. Cervi took home more than $150,000 as well as a new Dodge Ram truck. This win put Cervi's yearly earnings at $303,317.
Congratulations to Cervi and her trusty horse – Stingray.
