TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A Tucson man was arrested for allegedly uploading child pornography, police said.

According to the Tucson Police Department, Ted Sheppard, 46, was booked into the Pima County Jail and faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Police say a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to TPD's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit and the ensuing investigation led them to a home on Tucson's southwest side, in the 1600 block of West Wood Bridge Court.

Inside the home near South Midvale Park and West Drexel roads, police say they found evidence that implicated the only resident as the suspect.

According to police, detectives also found a large amount of weapons and potential explosive devices inside the home.

Detectives from the Organized Crime Unit and ATF personnel are investigating the weapons.
