Tucson hit 83° Tuesday afternoon. This is 19° above the normal and 1° above the old record of 82, set back in 1939. Now with that being said, it may not surprise you that the global temperature continues to rise. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) just released its monthly report on global temperatures and to no ones shock...The global average temperature for the month was the highest ever recorded in November. "According to NOAA scientists, the globally averaged temperature over land and ocean surfaces for November 2013 was the highest for November since record keeping began in 1880. It also marked the 37th consecutive November and 345th consecutive month (more than 28 years) with a global temperature above the 20th century average. The last below-average November global temperature was November 1976 and the last below-average global temperature for any month was February 1985.
