TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A convicted Tucson sex offender faces new child sex charges.

Tucson Police arrested 35-year-old Shannon Zuck today at his home near Irvington and Benson Highway.

Sgt. Chris Widmer with the Tucson Police Department said members of the TPD Internet Crimes Unit found out about a computer in the area that shared child pornography in November, which led them to Zuck's residence in the 4900 block of S. Cassia.

Authorities, along with the U.S. Marshals Service, issued a search warrant today and found evidence of child pornography at the home, Widmer said.

Zuck was booked into the Pima County Jail on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

State Corrections records show Zuck spent five years in prison for attempted child molestation in Pima County.
