Seven-month-old Jaxton is the first baby in Arizona to have a game-changing surgery. In December, he had Melody Valve Implantation in the Mitral position rather than the typical pulmonary position. He was born with a heart defect and has had surgery before. But this one a first of its kind in Arizona.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police said they found the man responsible for an armed robbery at a Walmart in November.

Police arrested 19-year-old Dominic Loya after someone recognized him from surveillance pictures of the incident.

Investigators said Loya walked into the Walmart in the 1200 block of E. Market Place Blvd. and stashed several items in his vest and shopping bag.

When a security officer confronted him, police said the suspect put his hand in his pocket and threatened to pull a taser.

He was booked into the Pima County Jail on robbery charges.
