TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A Tucson woman suspected in the death of a 65-year-old woman was back in court today for different charges, unrelated to the murder.

Michelle Price was charged with second degree murder in the death of Linda Daley almost a month after it happened.

According to a police search warrant obtained by Tucson News Now, Tucson Police searched the hotel room where Price lived the day after Daley died.

Today, Price was given 60 days probation for a case that has nothing to do with the murder.

Price was already in jail for violating probation on an aggravated assault charge.
