VAIL, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in a December 23 assault.

According to PCSD the assault took place around 1:42 a.m. on December 23, near Colossal Cave Road and Mary Ann Cleveland Way when two women reported they were approached by an unknown male and were accosted.  The women were able to defend themselves, but the suspect got away.  PSCD is reporting the suspect may have sustained some injuries.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his early 20s, 5'10" tall with short brown hair.  He was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and ‘skinny' jeans.
