    The Tucson Police Department is working a shooting that happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Edith and Flower Street, according to Sgt. Kim Bay, spokeswoman with the Tucson Police Department.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Authorities reported westbound River Road near La Cholla was closed following a motorcycle accident but is now back open.

Capt. Adam Goldberg with the Northwest Fire District said a 62-year-old man suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and head trauma. Officials said the motorcyclist did not wear a helmet.

There were no other vehicles involved.
