The Auburn Tigers are back in Alabama. The team touched down at the Montgomery airport just before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Dozens of fans braved the cold to cheer on their tigers. Coach Gus Malzahn and several players walked across the tarmac and straight up to the fence to thank the fans for their support.

The teams boarded buses to head to a welcome home celebration on campus in Auburn.

The party will be held at the indoor practice facility near the athletics complex. It is free and open to all fans.

WSFA 12 News will have coverage of the teams arrival and the welcome home party tonight at 10.
