BARBERTON, OH (WOIO) -

Micheal Hendon, 22, and his brother Eric Hendon, 30, plead not guilty in court Wednesday.

Both appeared in the Barberton Municipal Court charged with three counts of aggravated murder.

Prosecutors say the Hendon brothers shot four people on New Years Eve, in a home invasion/robbery attempt.

Three of the victims, Ashley Carpenter, 18, and her brother David Kohler-Carpenter, 14, along with their father, John Kohler, died. Ronda Blankenship, John's girlfriend, is recovering.

Family members of the Hendon brother's family were at court and said "ours prayers go out to all the families and the community."

The men are being held on $10 million bond.

Ashley and David will be laid to rest tonight, at 7 p.m. at the Apostolic Church in Barberton, Ohio. Funeral services for their dad, John, is set for tomorrow.
