Thank goodness it's Friday. Am I right or am I right?

The Book of Mormon

South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone are the masterminds behind a musical now showing in Cincinnati. It follows two young missionaries who are sent to Uganda to try to convert citizens to the Mormon religion. It's filthy and offensive but also hilarious and kind of sweet at the end.

Details: Performances on Jan. 10-26. 650 Walnut Street, Downtown. www.cincinnatiarts.org.

Rhinegeist Pure Fury Release Party

'Pure Fury' is a pale ale concocted by Rhinegeist brewer Luke Cole. You can try the new beer at Mt. Lookout Tavern (or MLT's for short).

Details: Friday beginning at 8 PM. 3209 Linwood Drive, Mt. Lookout. www.rhinegeist.com.

Cincinnati Wedding Showcase

Tons of wedding professionals set up booths offering brides some fresh ideas for the big day, including attire, culinary services, decorations, florists, DJs and even transportation. Bridezillas need not apply.

Details: Saturday and Sunday at Sharonville Convention Center. $10 at the door. 11355 Chester Rd., Sharonville. www.cincinnatiweddingshowcase.com.

KOI Cavalcade of Customs & Training Expo

Browse custom cars, classic cars and hot rods with more than 500 cars on display. There's a stunt BMX motorcycle show and an appearance by WWE star Shawn Michaels.

Details: Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Duke Energy Convention Center. Kids five and under are free. 525 Elm St., Downtown. www.koiautoparts.com/cavalcade.

Signs of Life: The Essence of Pink Floyd

A tribute band aiming to capture the music, mood, emotion, and excitement of a Pink Floyd concert. There's sound effects, lighting effects and video. Rock on.

Details: Saturday at Madison Theater. 9 PM. 730 Madison Ave., Covington. www.signsoffloyd.com.

Bricks, Barrel Vaults and Beer at Betts House

Learn about brewery architecture in Cincinnati, how the buildings were built and how the breweries functioned. The exhibit also presents ideas for the future redevelopment of Cincinnati's remaining brewery buildings.

Details: Saturday through Feb. 27. 416 Clark St., West End. www.thebettshouse.org.

And did you know: There's a FREE cardio dance class at Newport on the Levee on Saturdays at 9 AM and a FREE yoga class offered at Rhinegeist Brewery on Sundays at 10:30 AM.
