    A Los Angeles judge has tossed out a $417 million jury award to a woman who claimed she developed ovarian cancer by using Johnson & Johnson baby powder for feminine hygiene.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Authorities said 37-year-old Mickey Bennett faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Tucson Police said he's been under investigation since last month and today U.S. Marshals and TPD served a search warrant and arrested him.

A judge tonight ordered Bennett to be held on a $25,000 bond.
