Police investigate armed robbery on Tucson's east side

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Police need your help catching an armed robbery suspect who stole money from an east-side restaurant.

The robbery happened at about 7:15 a.m. today at the Taco Bell at 6616 E. Grant Road, near East Tanque Verde Road.

Police say a woman held restaurant employees at gunpoint and demanded money.

She left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect's description is limited because her face was hidden, but police say she is described as a Hispanic woman, wearing a gray hoodie.
