TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Arizona Wildcats junior running back Ka'Deem Carey will enter the 2014 NFL Draft, the team announced today.

Carey was a two-time Consensus All-American, a two-time first-team All-Pac-12 selection and the 2013 Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year.

"Ka'Deem Carey was a great player for us," head coach Rich Rodriguez said in the news release. "We wish him all the best as he pursues his professional career."

Carey is Arizona's all-time career leading rusher and ranks seventh all-time in Pac-12 history with 4,232 yards.

Carey is the Arizona and Pac-12 single-game rushing record-holders for his 366-yard effort against Colorado in 2012. He also holds Arizona's single-season rushing record  with 1,929 yards in 2012, when he was the nation's leading rusher and had the highest average (148.4 yards per game).

In total, he owns or shares 26 Arizona single-game, season and career records.

Carey's last game as a Wildcat was on Dec. 31, 2013, in the Advocare V100 Bowl in Shreveport, LA. He rushed for 169 yards in the Wildcats' 42-19 victory over Boston College. It was the 16th straight 100-yard game for Carey - the longest such streak ever in the Pac-12.
