TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Police are now trying to identify the suspects responsible for firing guns in northeast Sierra Vista early Saturday morning.

Around 3 a.m., several witnesses in the 5100 block of North Evergreen Drive reported hearing approximately six gun shots. Officers responded to the scene and heard additional gunshot near the 200 block of Fermi Drive, according to a news release. When they arrived, they found several bullet casings on the street but no suspects, and no damages were reported at this location.

A resident on North Evergreen Drive reported damages to their house. Police found several bulletholes in the home, which traveled through the walls and the bullets were found lodged near the bedroom.

No one was injured at either location. The Sierra Vista Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact Detective Butler at (520) 452-7500 or call 88-CRIME.
