There are some things that are certain with the coming rain. You WILL get rain at some point over the next three days. There WILL be flooding in some areas of Southeast Arizona. There WILL be rain records broken.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Many Tucsonans will participate in a day of service today in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.

Several groups across Tucson are asking those who have the day off to come out and volunteer their time.  They are calling it a day of service and not just another day off.

One location in particular, Tucson Village Farm near Campbell and River, will have a number of activities going on, beginning at 9 a.m. and will continue until noon.

There will be volunteers working on a third of an acre field, in a family friendly volunteer day with service projects for all ages.

Volunteers at the farm will work on both current and new projects that include farm chores and a shade structure.

This is the fifth year that Tucson Village Farm has taken part in a day of service.
