    Crews are still working to clear the tracks after an overnight derailment in Pinal County. There were no injuries reported and nothing hazardous was on the train cars. Authorities say the track could be cleared up of cars by noon.

    The Towns of Oro Valley and Marana, as well as Golder Ranch Fire District are offering free sandbags to residents who need to protect their homes. According Oro Valley and Marana officials, a limited number of sandbags are available to residents of both towns; residents within the Golder Ranch Fire District service area are also eligible.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A wanted truck driver was arrested south of Tucson last night.

The man, 50-year-old Salvador Ibarra, was wanted for criminal threats and making annoying phone calls.

The charges are related to many instances of threatening phone calls to various State of California employees regarding child support and his relationship with his child's mother.

Since March 2011, Ibarra had made phone calls, threatening to shoot government officials, innocent bystanders and even his child and the child's mother.

Officials received information that Ibarra was working in southern AZ and Mexico as a truck driver. He is a permanent resident of Mexico.

US Border Patrol was alerted and they arrested Ibarra at an I-19 checkpoint.

Ibarra was transported to the Santa Cruz County Detention Center by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department until his transfer to CA to face his charges.
