    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Saturday is the first official day of the Tucson, Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase. Lots of people are coming in from out of town to buy or sell, and they're hoping for more sunshine. Some peopling selling outside had to cover their stuff for a bit to keep it from getting wet from the rain.

However, the rain did not stop some from checking out the deals at the dozens of shows and thousands of exhibits throughout Tucson.

Shirley Dewey who came from Oregon with her husband says she is always looking for a bargain.

"[We are] just looking for whatever catches our eye," she said. "We usually end up buying quite a bit."

Merv Feick is selling fossils. He says the show is getting off to a good start for him despite the wet weather.

"It's actually been a good show so far," Feick said. "Traffic is a little bit lighter than normal but the sales we are having are quality sales."

The showcase of jewels, minerals and fossils runs until the middle of February.
