JourneyEd.com and AcademicSuperStore.com are now under new ownership, and the conjoined education company is making significant changes to its customer experience

DALLAS, Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- JourneyEd.com and AcademicSuperStore.com are now under new ownership. Greg Lamkin is the new CEO, while Tim Lilly fills the role of president, and the consolidated company will be named JourneyEd.com, Inc.

Greg Lamkin has been with JourneyEd.com for over 10 years, beginning as a manager-trainee back in 2001, and has 13 years of experience working in the education space. Tim Lilly has also been with JourneyEd.com for more than a decade, has 15 years of experience in the education industry, and is well known by schools, consortia and vendors alike.

When asked about the shift in ownership, CEO Greg Lamkin replied, "We are very excited to take ownership of such a flagship company serving the education market, and are focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience."
