    The orchestrator of one of the most notorious murder sprees in American history is dead, TMZ reports. Citing the sister of his famous victim, the media outlet said Charles Manson died Sunday night, Nov. 19, at the age of 83.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Gov. Jan Brewer is in Sonora, Mexico finding ways to improve cross-border economic opportunities.

She is attending a biannual meeting of the Arizona-Mexico Commission. The meeting is held in Mexico in the winter and in Arizona in the fall.

Brewer will meet with elected officials in Sonora and business leaders as they come up with ways to improve cooperation between the two states.

The meetings are scheduled for today and tomorrow.
