    The orchestrator of one of the most notorious murder sprees in American history is dead, TMZ reports. Citing the sister of his famous victim, the media outlet said Charles Manson died Sunday night, Nov. 19, at the age of 83.

    According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, 48-year-old Paul David Chavez was booked into the Pima County Jail on the following charges: third-degree burglary, aggravated criminal damage - defacing a school, possession of burglary tools, and resisting arrest.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Four people have been transported to the hospital after a Rural Metro Ambulance hit a van and rolled over at Valencia and Alvernon, according to spokesman Tracy Suitt of Pima County Sheriff Department.  

The ambulance was heading southbound on Alvernon when it struck a van heading eastbound on Valencia.

Two Rural Metro paramedics and the two people in the car were transported to UAMC with non-life threatening injuries. 

The ambulance was not transporting anyone at the time.

    It happened around 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20 on Speedway and Main, near Pima Community College, according to the Tucson Fire Department.  TFD officials say a little boy, who lives in the main house, tried to put out the flames with a garden hose. It didn't work.

    The PSAs are in response the spike in pedestrians deaths in Tucson in 2017. So far this year, 24 people have been killed crossing Tucson's streets. In 2016, it was 11.
