    A news release from the Northwest Fire District said a passenger car and two tractor-trailers were involved. The driver of the car and one of the truck drivers were not injured. The driver of the second truck was taken to a hospital in serious condition.

Martinez couldn't help but laugh hysterically as she walked out to her silver sedan, parked in the empty dirt lot at 383 N. Commerce Park Loop in Tucson, and told the story to Tucson News Now.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

This week is one of the busiest for Tucson for 2014, there is golf, rodeo and soccer happening at the same time.

For soccer fans the Desert Diamond Cup begins on Wednesday, Feb. 19, but preparations are happening today.

Some teams are even already in Tucson and several are expected to hit the field this morning at the North stadium in the Kino Sports Complex. 

Five major league teams are participating in the 2014 Desert Diamond Cup tournament, in addition to FC Tucson.

The tournament kicks off tomorrow at 1 p.m. with Game one - Chivas USA vs. FC Tucson; game two at 3:30 p.m. – Colorado Rapids vs. Chicago Fire; game three at 6 p.m. – the Real Salt Lake vs. the New England Revolution.

The championship game is on Saturday, March 1, which will be played at the Kino Veterans Memorial Stadium.
