TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

TODAY'S MOST...Sleepy criminal mastermind: A man was arrested for burglary after falling asleep on the couch in one of the homes he burglarized.

Police found Duane Immich sleeping, with a knife in his hand, on Judith Smolinski's couch in Florida. Smolinski went into her kitchen to make herself breakfast and heard snoring, which was weird since she lives alone.

She peeked into her living room, and saw Immich sleeping, and an open beer on her table. Police arrived and arrested Immich, and also found stuff on him that connected him to three other burglaries in the neighborhood.

Immich does have a criminal record. He's in jail without bond.
