KIEV, UKRAINE (CHANNEL 5/CNN) - Where is Ukraine's president? No one seems to know.

A surveillance video reportedly shows people packing up at Viktor Yanukovych's residence on Friday.

They then left the Kiev home by helicopter.

CNN has not independently verified the video and cannot confirm its authenticity.

We do know Yanukovych tried to leave the country by plane yesterday.

Officials say he and his entourage attempted to board a plane without proper documentation.

They were stopped before takeoff.

Ukraine's Parliament voted to remove Yanukovych, but he says he is a legitimate president.

He was last known to be in Kharkiv, a pro-Russian stronghold.
