2 suspects in robbery arrested after K-9 chase

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A police dog helped put a pair of suspected robbers in handcuffs Monday morning.

A man told police two people robbed him at knifepoint along 3rd Avenue.

When they tried to run away, the victim says he chased after them and told police where they were.

Officers caught one of the suspects, but the other allegedly hid in a construction zone. A K-9 eventually tracked him as well.

Both suspects are facing robbery charges.
