TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Oro Valley has completed its 'Your Voice, Our Future' project and is posting the results for the public to view.

According to an Oro Valley release representatives have participated in more than 60 community events and outreach programs in an effort to get community input on the project.  This effort has resulted in 577 surveys and 2,888 comments and has helped to form the vision for Oro Valley's future. 

The draft vision and its guiding principles are now available for public comment, to access the draft click here www.YourVoiceOV.com

In April the draft will be sent to Oro Valley's Planning and Zoning Commission for review and recommendation. 

Oro Valley is also accepting applications from residents to serve on one of three committees that deal with Development, Environment and Community.  These committees will advise project staff as well as make recommendations on policy and goal proposals.
