TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

TODAY'S MOST...Unbelievable Lawsuit: A McDonalds customer sued the restaurant for $1.5 million dollars after he only got one napkin with his order.

Webster Lucas claims he ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe at a Mickey D's in California and only got one napkin. When he went up to the counter to ask for more, he says the manager was rude.

Lucas claims he told the manager, "I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat." Lucas, who's black, said the manager then said something racist.

Lucas subsequently emailed the general manager to complain, and said he couldn't work "because of the undue mental anguish and the intentional infliction of emotional distress" caused by the store manager.
