Accused murderer appears in court, second suspect still on the run

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

An accused murderer stepped in front of a judge for the first time Tuesday morning.

Rishad Williams is accused of shooting and killing Michael Williams Feb. 2 in the in the 1500 block of Ottawa Drive.

Last week he posted to Facebook saying he was innocent.

He turned himself in to police Monday morning.

In court Tuesday, his bond was set at $1 million.

Police are still looking for a second man, Tyrone Hoskins Jr., in the case. Hoskins is described as a 23-year-old black male standing 5'7" tall, weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with more information is urged to call CrimeStopper at 419-255-1111. A reward may be available for information leading to his arrest.
