Incorrectly sealed ballots in Upshur Co. mean court order required to open

UPSHUR COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Upshur County elections officials have a problem on their hands this evening.

Officials say that one of the ballot boxes contained votes which were sealed incorrectly. As a result, a court order must be granted on Wednesday before the contents can be opened.
