Game and Fish asks for customer feedback

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

In an effort to improve the online experience of customers, theArizona Game and Fish Department has been hosting public meetings throughoutthe state to solicit public input.

At a meeting held at the Tucson office on Thursday night, Game andFish officials said they hoped to get customers more involved on the web. The Department was in the process of developing a customer online portal.

Game and Fish officials want customer feedback to discuss whatonline products and services will best serve their needs.

Customers were asked to fill out a questionnaire explaining whatproducts and services they wanted.  This included things such asscheduling range time, checking stocking schedules for fish, and water levelsfor fishing, etc.

Customers may also be asked to create an account with Game andFish to log on, to pay for services, and be given opportunities to bundleservices so they can learn about other products and services they may not havebeen aware of.

The customer portal is expected to be launched by January,2015.
