CAJUN PASTA from Pastiche

 

Ingredients 

  • 2 TBSP OIL
  • 3 SHRIMP
  • 3/4 CUP TRINITY
  • 7 PIECES SAUSAGE
  • 2.5 OZ. DICED GRILLED CHICKEN
  • 1/4 CUP HALVED CHERRY TOMATOES   
  • 1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • PINCH S&P
  • 3 TBSP HOT SAUCE          
  • 2 4OZ. LADDLES TOMATO JUICE
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER    
  • 7OZ ZITI PASTA
  • PINCH PARSLEY

 

Preparation

HEAT OIL IN SAUTEE PAN, ADD SAUSAGE, TRINITY, CHICKEN, TOMATOES, GARLIC AND S&P COOK UNTILL SHRIMP ARE 1\2 COOKED ADD HOT SAUCE AND TOMATO JUICE COOK UNTILL SHRIMP ARE DONE ADD BUTTER  ADD ZITI PAST MIX WELL PLACE IN APPROPRIATE SIZED BOWL AND GARNISH WITH PARSLEY.
