    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The white tents are set up, butvolunteers are still needed before the Tucson Festival of Books takes over the Universityof Arizona campus this weekend. 

It takes an army of volunteers,more than 2,000 according to organizers, to help set the event up and keep itgoing.  And numbers for 2014 are stilllooking slim, as organizers are looking for at least 100 volunteers to help insome of the following areas -

AuthorEvents Access Management (35 slots available)

AuthorEvents Monitors (6 slots available)

CleanUp (click to see shift) (12 slots available)

Friendsof the Festival (3 slots available)

SurpriseMe (MM) (2 slots available)

Organizers are also looking for people to dress as characters from various books and walk around the festival.

The Tucson Festival of Books isone of the largest events of its kind in the U.S.  The festival will take place this weekendMarch 15 & 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day.
