TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Search and rescue teams have been busy over the past week in Southern Arizona.

They were called out to four separate incidents.

Customs and Border Protection rescued an illegal immigrant who fell off a mountain near Nogales Monday night, officials said.

A crew on a blackhawk helicopter hoisted him up and took him to a Tucson hospital with several cuts and a broken ankle.

Last Thursday, a team with the Cochise County Sheriff's Office found an 82-year-old man lost in the San Simon area with help from border patrol agents and DPS.

He had gone out rock hunting and was found with minor scrapes and bruises.

Authorities also came to the aid of an injured woman at Parker Canyon Lake and another injured woman in the Chiricahua Mountains.
