CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -

A man is behind bars after he is accused of  luring a teenage girl he met online away from her Spotsylvania home, then having sex with her.

Investigators say 38-year-old Jason Gonzalez dropped the 14-year-old off at school the next day.

Gonzalez evaded detectives for nearly half a year, until he was finally arrested in Chesterfield last Monday.
