News organization The Guardian built a timeline displayingupdates to the search for the missing Malaysian airliner in real time.

The latest update shows wind conditions are already betterand five aircraft will be involved in the search today.

One of the latest updates to the search was the debrisfound that might belong to the Malaysian airliner. A map on the timelineexplains how the search would progress if that debris was confirmed to be from MH370.

It states planes would keep searching and guide boats tothe debris. Then, a submarine or an automated underwater vehicle could be sentto sweep the seabed and take pictures.

Back on the timeline is a legend that shows the areathat's been searched so far, a total of 304,000 square kilometers.
