PCC releases employee satisfaction survey results

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pima Community College leaders are learning where employees stand as the school tries to get out from under probation.

PCC just released results from an employee satisfaction survey taken late last year. About one-quarter of the 4,000 employees who received the confidential survey responded.

They gave Pima an overall workplace satisfaction of 3.7 out of five. The overall satisfaction at comparable institutions is just over 3.9.

Chancellor Lee Lambert said the survey provides a baseline for efforts to improve the climate and culture at PCC.
