Cupcake ATM opens in New York

NEW YORK, NY (WWBT) - -

New Yorkers in need of a sweet treat in the middle of the night now have a place to go. 

Sprinkles Cupcakes rolled out a pastel-colored cupcake-dispensing machine Tuesday. It didn't take long for sugar-seekers to line up and take advantage of delectable dispensary.

The machine can hold 760 cupcakes, cookies and other treats and is open 24/7. It can dispense up to four cupcakes at a time.

The price? $4.25 apiece.
